The worst Digital Eclipse documentary up to date, both in focus and content. Focus-wise, LlamaSoft games are not that fundamental or important for gaming history, compared to "Karateka" or Atari games. It is kind of hard to enjoy them now as they are quite simple arcades from their own time period. You could say the same about games in previous collections too, but this one lacks content pacing they had as well. Information is mostly provided via magazines and letter scans which are just walls of text. Any games after 1994 are simply omitted, and as LLamaSoft and Atari owns rights for them it feels like a simple greed and laziness, not the copyright issues. Still - this collection taught me a lot about Commodore 64 gaming, so 3 out of 5.

I don't like Jeff Minter games, but I will buy any Digital Eclipse docu-games they make, just to support the idea of them.
