Best Early Arcade Platformer Game

Look: 6/10 I don't see the space part in these graphics lol, but they're functional enough.

Play: 8/10 Incredibly responsive controls! I wish it were just the climbing ladders to avoid them part, the digging wasn't as fun to me. But it did make mem feel good when I could clear out the first couple levels, instead of feeling like an awful gamer like usual ha. Basically, you dig holes to trap the enemy and then you have to hurry to the clinging enemy and refill the hole? to make them fall? The first type of enemy only requires falling one level, but I guess later ones require multiple traps to be set etc. I'm probly overrating this a bit, but I feel the controls are very well-done, the concept was well-executed even if the digging function isn't my favorite, and just evading the enemies is fun enough that I would've played that game alone! When compared to Donkey Kong, which was released after this, this shines in terms of controls and gameplay.

Feel: 8/10 Hugely influential, its clones in particular. Severely underrated imo. Not my favorite game to play or anything, but it deserves more recognition than Donkey Kong imo.

Attachment: 7/10 If I just wanna run around and evade enemies with fast early arcade controls, this is the game! But I don't see myself replaying the roots of platforming genre that often.
