I really love the missable quests, the best part of the game, cant wait to replay like half the campaign or more to be able to play like up most 2 hours of content that i missed because i wanted to play the main story part and than play the sides if i enjoyed the campaign enough to continue.

В концовке огорчило лишь то что в городе остались выжившие

Well lately there have been zero new games that have tickled my fancy, so I've decided to stay firmly locked in the past and enjoy games I've already played before. I burned through a couple Zelda games but the other night I had a dream about Dying Light 2.

So, I've decided on a second playthrough. It plays excellent on the Portal so playing it in bed at night with headphones on has been a real treat. I've recommended this game before and I'll say it again - this game rocks.

Checking out Dying Light 2 again to see if the updates have improved the game since launch. Combat has definitely been taken up a notch with gore and dismemberment increased, finishers added, and you can finally pick up enemies dropped weapons...

Traversal also feels pretty refined too. They've added a 'physical' mode in the options that turns off the floaty parkour feeling that many people disliked. I'm just still waiting for crossplay to be added. They're slowly listening and implementing feedback from the community which is nice!

I've been having such a fun time in this game. The last game in this same category to give me so much joy was the original State of Decay, but this is so much better. I simply love the traversal and floating around this massive city, beating up zombies, and raiding dangerous dark zones in the middle of the day when they're at their most dangerous!

I didn't get nearly into the co-op as much as I thought I would - you really have to join a Discord and find some good people to play with, because people still accidentally "call for help", then boot you out of the game as soon as you join. And to this day, despite joining probably a dozen other games, no one ever has the damn microphone turned on, making it an exercise in frustration.

That being said, the one game I planned out with someone I met online was a real blast. Very fun just running around and enjoying the playground.

I was excited when I saw this pop up on Grouvee for the recently released section, but then I remember it was delayed to 2023. Why must you taunt me so?

I'd say the weakest part of the original Dying Light was the story, so seeing this huge narrative focus in the sequel is reassuring. Can't wait for that sweet, sweet multiplayer.

If you haven't seen this already it's pretty amazing, especially for an E3 demo.
