Bought this for 10 bucks and boy is it a questionable release. Pretty when actually playing, but character designs, menu designs and whatnot are hot ass. Jesus a concept isn't enough to sustain a title. Context for anything and any kind of explanation is important too. Another great example of why letting just anyone make a release a game isn't …

Jesus a concept isn't enough to sustain a title. Context for anything and any kind of explanation is important too. Another great example of why letting just anyone make a release a game isn't exactly a great idea. Credit where credit is due, it's impressive that it was made by a single guy and, as I stated, when flying it's all very pretty, but there's virtually no actual plot or point or really any reason to be doing anything or for me to care. What a goddamned mess.

I played about 5 hours of it, and I enjoyed the time I spent with it. It was a little hard to wrap my head around it at first, the tutorials are a bit lackluster, but once I looked up some tips and tricks online, I got a better hang of it and it became more enjoyable.

The objectives are very repetitive, with almost all missions consisting of fighting a handfull of enemies and/or retrieving/delivering an object – a little more variation here would be welcome.
It's pseudo open world, and it's a cool approach to it, but it isn't apparent from the beginning, but the game also restricts you from accessing the open world in the first "chapter". There are 5 chapters – 4 of them are unlocked from the start, with all of them taking place in different factions with crossovers in the story. I finished 2 of them.
I liked what I played, and it's clear it's a passion project from the singular developer's side, but the game needs a little more.

There doesn't seem to be much to this. As bmo guessed, this seems to be very average plane combat disguised with falcons. It is a shame because it seems like it should change up an otherwise typical flying combat formula.
