Spy Fox in Dry Cereal is the first episode in what clearly is the Humongous series made for kids that are a bit older. You can see it in the slightly more sophisticated humour and in the huge amount of homages to James Bond, spy movies and pop culture. Or maybe it’s to entertain parents playing with their kids. Who knows? Anyway, my daughter had fun so I can't complain. There’s also a bunch of new gameplay elements: the comic balloon used to ask more specific questions, the secret agent gadgets, the final sequence you can access if you are quick enough… But we also are in usual Humongous territory: great writing, made for kids but never paternalistic, lots of inventive situations, replayability granted by randomization of events and so many optional interactive stuff to have fun with it. Lovely.
