I saw this game featured in an eShop sale video I was watching. The art style caught my eye so I looked up video reviews for more info on the game. I found out it's a tower defense game, which made me question getting it since I've never cared for the genre in the past. The game was only $2.99 on sale and since it had online co-op I decided to take the chance on it.

THIS GAME IS AWESOME with friends. My girlfriend bought it when I did, so I played a few rounds solo to figure the game out so I could teach it to her. Solo mode was simple, but a bit stressful since I was new to the game but still trying to get a perfect win.

My girlfriend and I play regularly, and a few friends have also recently bought it and we have been playing a lot. They all LOVE it, and it's been a fun game to play during the pandemic. Online co-op allows for 4 people to play at a time, and it generally works very well. There's some lag at times but it usually doesn't affect the outcome of the round. You have to adjust your strategy depending on how many people you play with.

If you're looking for something simple that you can play with friends online, this game is great! I've played it solo a few times recently and it's still fun, just not as fun as with friends. I've gotten about 30 hours out of the game far and could easily get another 20-30+ hours out of it now that I bought the DLC. Do yourself a favor and buy the deluxe edition on sale since it's only $1.50 more and you get both DLC packs.
