I finally got through Tomb Raider I and now I'm on to the game I grew up with, Tomb Raider II. As a kid, I never got pass the Great Wall level because I was afraid to fight humans, but I played the crap outta Croft Manor & helped my dad get through the game by reading the guide book.

After awhile, I do start feeling bad about all the gorilla murder.

Man, booting this game up is a hit of nostalgia dopamine. I'd seen videos of people playing reviewing it, but it's something different being in the driver's seat.
The modern controls will take some learning.

Still bugged on on Main Game New Game Plus but I finished Unfinished Business without healing – that has to account for something!

Currently playing a New Game Plus run with all collectibles but only found 50/51 in Atlantis+. Is this still bugged on Switch? No update yet?

I love that this let's you flick between the original and the remaster within a moments notice. Such a nice feature, I'd love to see it implemented like this in more games.

Some of the remastering in this is not great but this is an excellent option.
They have added sky lights into the game as well and they make the world of difference .
Also someone put work into remodeling midas' feet. Like booooi

Haven't ever played the Tomb Raider games (never really interested me), but seeing the devs behind the upcoming remasters pull all the stops — gotta give credit where it's due. Very cool of them to add all these quality-of-life options and updates, while still allowing the games to be fully playable as they were originally. It's the sort of re-release …

Well, this is cool. I hope they give us the option to use the analog sticks, because the tank controls are one reason I can't go back to these old games.
