Milonsio's review of Trauma Center: Second Opinion
This review is for the Wii version

The game is a great port of the Ds version with changes that make it more enjoyable in my opinion. The only downside might be the spike in difficulty due to Wii controls, because it makes it more difficult to do things like suturing wounds, injecting serum or drawing the healing touch. Making certain GUILT like Sabato,Triti or Deftera more difficult than in the original game. The improvements made are: -Naomi's missions are pretty enjoyable, and are very different from other surgery you do with Derek -They removed the highly unnecessary 6th chapter, no more repeating every guilt mindlessly. And instead they swapped it for a very challenging Post-Game. -Taking advantage of the Wii's superior hardware, graphics and music have improved massively. Despite the huge difficulty, the game is pretty enjoyable, I would really recommend it.

as a kid I thought this game was really difficult, but now as an adult replaying it I understand that this is still insanely difficult
