You all should give Kaboom Minesweeper a try. It's a "cruel but fair" minesweeper game and a refreshing hommage to this classic.

You will only loose the game when you are careless and not because of bad luck.

If you try to guess, the game will always choose the worst scenario. Except when you are forced to guess (there are no safe cells anywhere). Then, guessing is completely safe.

You find it here if you wanna give it a try: https://pwmarcz.pl/kaboom/

I recommend 20 x 15 with 66 Bombs or 30 x 30 with 180 bombs. Lots of fun I promise.

Single-player, stand-alone simple game which came bundled on all Microsoft Windows OS for idling away time.

Ugly graphics, minimalist animation, boring.

1001 Games - #168

Pros: easy to understand mechanics, addicting gameplay

Cons: luck can factor in on expert difficulty

Recommendation: a fun time-waster that comes preloaded on PCs. I'd personally pick it over solitaire any day.
