Probably weakest in the series

Somewhat of a disappointment for a Metal Slug fan.
This is the first game in the series that wasn't made for Neo Geo.
The backgrounds are quite ugly and blurred, nothing like the previous games, and nothing close to Metal Slug 1-3.
The gameplay is more platformy than previous games too.

Somewhat of a disappointment for a Metal Slug fan.
This is the first game in the series that wasn't made for Neo Geo.
The backgrounds are quite ugly and blurred, nothing like the previous games, and nothing close to Metal Slug 1-3.
The gameplay is more platformy than previous games too.
The only actually good level is 6th, were the backdrops are surprisingly well done, and you get to pilot a huge mech, which is a first.
