Now, I only played this a lil bit back in the early 2000s. It is highly possibly that what made me put it down rather quickly back then, is the same reason I feel like doing that today. The small, narrow levels doesn't really make for the combat based objectives the game likes to throw at you. At times you have to stop dead, inch your car around to aim etc, and it's just not fun. You also pick up items every time you drive over them, which can become very annoying and also ruin your game more than once. Get used to John Cleese roasting you a lot. It's not Brosnans voice though, just some dude.

007: Racing has some charm and it means well, wanting to please loyal fans of the franchise. They throw in a number of different characters from the Bond universe and there's variety in the cars you get to drive. There is a cool level where you drive via looking through security cameras, and it works quite well, but overall this game just didn't hold up over the years. I get if you're nostalgic over this however. For me it's mostly been frustrating/fun-for-a-few hours.

Need For Speed style driving doesn't work quite well for James bond action-style game...
