I'm almost embarrassed about how I went chasing after the Master Linguist trophy. There are a couple of Al Bhed primer books that you can miss at a certain point in the game, and you can't go back to them later. I had a save file that was about 3 hours away from that point, so I went back to …

I'm almost embarrassed about how I went chasing after the Master Linguist trophy. There are a couple of Al Bhed primer books that you can miss at a certain point in the game, and you can't go back to them later. I had a save file that was about 3 hours away from that point, so I went back to that save, played through about 5 bosses again, and got those stupid primers. I then imported them into my current save, and got the trophy. I'm not too sure that was worth it.

I'm 9 games away from getting Wakka's Jupiter Sigil. Then I can quit blitzball forever!

In my quest to power up Wakka's weapon, I played enough blitzball to get his status reels overdrive. Now I have to find out if he's been in enough battles for the Auroch Reels to show up in the next tournament. Blitzball is really an awful game.

I'm committing to it on the Internet. I'm going to get all the trophies in this game because I think I'm crazy. This involves beating every monster in the arena, and maxing out everyone's sphere grid. Wish me luck.

I'm way too deep into all the sidequests in this game. I actually finished the lightning dodging mini-game because I'm crazy. I'm currently working on all the monster arena stuff which is getting a little bit tedious. I never did any of this stuff the first time I played this game, and I'm surprised how much I'm enjoying it today.

So I spent something like 3 hours fighting Ghosts in the arena just so I could get a piece of No Encounters gear. I finally got one, so it was totally worth it. I used that gear to go get the Sigil to power up Rikku's celestial weapon because I'm super cool :)

If it wasn't for the lightning dodging …

If it wasn't for the lightning dodging to get Lulu's weapon powered up, I might go for a platinum trophy in this game. I don't know if I have the anger management to handle that one.

Getting close to the end, or at least the part where the whole game opens up and you can do every sidequest you want. I'll probably go get a couple of ultimate weapons, then finish it up.

Fun story about me. I first played this game when I was in college. I was around 25 hours into the game when one night, after being out drinking for quite a while, I decided to start playing FFX at like 2 in the morning. I made it to the big twist in the story, and up until yesterday, never could really remember the scenes and conversations that revealed said twist. Well last night, I got back to that part of the game, and now I know how it all happened. My life is complete now.

Still chugging along 20 minutes at a time in this game. I'm amazed how little of the story I remember from when I played this in college. It's like playing a brand new game almost.

I'm about 20 hours into X currently on my Vita. I personally think this game holds up really well. It's kind of a sad commentary on my gaming habits that it's taken me about 5 months to get 20 hours into this game when it's really one of only a couple of games I've attempted to play.

Maybe by next …

I love that I'm able to sit/lay on the couch and replay FFX on my Vita (the best handheld ever I'm starting to think).

I've managed to put in about 5 hours, and it's mostly been running from cut scene to cut scene. It takes forever for this game to open up, but I still love the weird ass story.

Final Fantasy X might be my favorite one of the series, and I can't wait to play it again in HD.
