He's actually a pretty decent guy.
Why he got so much hate back then?

Had no idea this game takes place during the holidays. What a nice surprise.

Nice story. Cringeworthy dialogue at most points. Reminds me that there are ways for dialogue to appeal to all ages but this wasn't it. Best traversal in gaming. Really fun combat. Great entry into the franchise as Spiderman 1.5

I finished the main story and personally I liked it a lot, some puzzles were more interesting than others.

I can't remember the last time I watched the same movie 3 times in theater before, but ATSV is a really good treat of a cinematic Masterpiece.
I find myself booting this game and just roam around while listening to the movie's Score, and occasionally "Am I dreaming".

Finished Across the Spider-Verse. Foe the first half, I was hooked into the drama between these characters and left breathless throughout the second half. It's just so much to take in, so much to process. I love the expanded metanarrative from the first movie of society's expectations as to how the mythos of Spider-Man should work(at least that's the gist I got from it). It really feels more like a comic book movie than the first with its more frequent uses of comic book framing. There are a ton of moments where it feels like it's going to end, but it keeps going and it earns its 2 hour+ runtime. Well worth it. It really is The Empire Strikes Back of Spider-Man. It is The Ancient Gods Part 1 as Into The Spider-Verse is DOOM Eternal. Can't wait to see it 2 more times to process everything.

Not videogame related but I just watched Spider-Man: Across the Spider-verse and I had to tell you how amazing it was. This is the best comic book movie I've seen. The ONLY real comic book movie. I'm still in awe.
Cancel all other movies this year. None will be this good.

I've played a lot of the PS4 Spider-Man (both on PS4 and PS5) and it's remarkable how tired I felt of the formula there, but they changed the soundtrack away from the MCU horns bullshit and fixed the side activities and it has so much life again.
