It's better on PC than it is on PS3 at least, the frame rate is more stable. This is probably my least favorite in the MGS series and my replay with mods didn't really change that. I don't like the story, cutscenes, or gameplay loop. The story is grim and dark, it just wasn't good for me to take it in. The characters feel like twisted and corrupted forms of themselves in a way. I think the gameplay is grindy and repetitive. I'm not sure how it's possible to get enough GMP or resources to develop items/weapons with the vanilla game. I will say the mechanics and controls are great. It feels good to move and control the characters. This is more than I could say for Ghost Recon Wildlands, which I felt was partially inspired by TPP.
