Really getting into the game and it has collectibles - but it's like 5 in each area and each area is not this huge space. I remember playing the original when I was younger and for some reason always thought the second was ass. Playing it now it is deff jank and bland - but it's the same level as the first from what I can tell so i'm enjoying it.

Though the story is as predictable and boring as possible, the game itself is immense fun. Hunting down the mutants and humans alike to increase your power, all the while smashing, bouncing, and flying your way through an infested NYC -- now that's some good frustration venting right there.

Obtained the platinum trophy on the PS3. Had help from the guide though. To achieve the platinum - had to beat the game on hard mode. Was pretty easy as the game has a new game+ mode. The only difficult part was beating the boss. This became doable after learning when you can attack without taking damage.
