Read moreI never played Crypt of the Necrodancer because roguethinghies are not for me, but this was clearly made for me and I had so much fun. It’s a smart retooling of the classical rhythm game mechanics that adds a lot of variety in toying with “notes” placement. Also, you have the Punch Out style bosses and the Ulala style minigames, which are kinda great. So, it’s a good game, nicely challenging, also loved by my daughter, who watched me playing it. And you can play songs added by users. It’s great!
