Like Crysis 1 and 2 mixed up

Crysis 3 is return to form, they went back to open level designs, not so much open as Crysis 1 but a lot more open than Crysis 2. No more drab brown New York, now it is covered in green foliage. If you mixed Crysis 1 and 2 together I feel like this is what you would get.

Gunplay, interface, the way story is presented and most of the enemies is pretty much Crysis 2 again, the rest of the game tho is a major impovement. In Crysis 2 the main protagonist did not speak, here he speaks and the story is much more interesting that way, I am not a big fan of silent protagonists unless the game is and RPG like Fallout. The levels are way bigger and more open to you as in you can approach them in a lot more ways and directions you choose, this time you do not walk just from point A to point B, now you actually have more objectives to complete. There are some parts where you can walk right through but the game tries to make you go around with it's secondary objectives. This game is a true return to form.

I really liked this one, and honestly I think it stands right next to Crysis 1 for me. I wouldn't say it is better, but I would consider it being its equal. Too bad Crysis is dead, it still has so much potential as a franchise.
