tbf, I was going to play Cities skyline, but I didn't want to mess with mods and download a bunch more. SimCity 4 feels complete on its vanilla state.

Here's something to put in mind when you install this game: Don't install too much Mods/Assets.

The game engine freaks out with too many stuff like that and will either crash or the game will be too Freakin' slow to play even with the greatest PC ever built.

Nearly 200 hours on Steam

Sim City 4 has been out for nearly two decades, now. The game is fine vanilla, however there are literal terabytes of custom content which is simple to produce and an extremely interactive network- transportation, I mean- system.

Highly reccomend if you're into sandbox or retro gaming.
