Turn a simple joystick into the ultimate killing machine
This is an old game I had played on the NES and in the arcades. It's clever in the way it combines action and making use of cover, and destructible environments. This might be the first 'cover shooter' with simultaneous multiplayer, is this a bro shooter?

Yo, Bro!
This game is a journey of turning a simple joystick into an uzi and then a fully upgraded M-60, an thus becoming a full fledged devotee of Rambro.
The amusing thing here is the way this works as a joystick game on an at-home computer system, such as the C-64... The nes version has slightly different weapons that convey a different feel. (Yes, I played 'em back to back) The nes version has two main upgrades that each are slightly different and don't 'swing' the same way this version does. As you upgrade your joyzooka, the aim sensitivty increases, the reticle spread also grows larger. and the audible sound for the weapon blasting also gets faster (indicating the a higher rate of fire) allowing the player to sway their M60 from left to right and up and down very rapidly mopping up enemies as well as structures with the M60. It is an experience not present in the NES port sadly (despite its better graphics, game balance, and presence of music)
Still, it's not the better port. The Nes version is better in my opinion.
