Better Than The Avg Rating Implies, And Beautiful, But Still Didn't Click
This review is for the PC (Microsoft Windows) version

Preliminary: I'm surprised this is rated so lowly, it has such a beautiful Look to the houses and the Dark World (Alien designer indeed). But also something about the way the colors and shadows and, uh, edges of objects are, it's like the Humongous Entertainment/Monkey Island softness, but felt very modern and advanced. Hard to explain exactly. The FMV vibe to the characters, of course, proves silly, as does much of the dialog, but it's a high-quality graphic adventure game imo and has many QoL features, namely skipping through dialog. Like the first one, though, it just wasn't something I wanted to play all the way through.

Look: 8.5/10

Sound: 7/10 Not bad but just standard at this point

Play: 7/10

Feel: 7.5/10

Attachment: 7/10

Overall: 7.4/10
