Tromboning in VR has been a really great fun, and the ability to freestyle is cool. Didn't finish it, because in order to unlock the ending, you need to complete X challenges, and those are no fun.
Also, most of the tracks are fun with plenty of sliding notes (glissando), but some are just full of 8th or 16th notes …

Ok I just tried playing this and now this is my favorite thing this month.
Everyone who's got a VR and likes rhythm games should try this.
Unlike many musical games, where it just mutes the music if you do the wrong inputs, here you can play any note and you will hear your messed up song.

Unlike many musical games, where it just mutes the music if you do the wrong inputs, here you can play any note and you will hear your messed up song.
Since a trombone is not like a piano or a guitar, with defined keys/frets, it's very easy to undershoot or overshoot and then try to correct pitch mid-note. And, for some reason, when this happens, it sounds quite funny to me.
Another advantage to me, that unlike in PC version, you don't have to use a mouse and the range of motion is bigger, so my wrists will not have to suffer.

I love how this exists.
There is a trove of silly potential out there like this, ripe for the picking.
