If you are a fan of Sanctum and Sanctum 2, get ready for a disappointment.
Super Sanctum TD, a very retro, isometric tower defense game. There is nothing extraordinarily special about it. It's the kind of game that you would play as you wait for your 3D render to finish as it is kind on your memory (like what I did) and you certainly won't be spending hundred of hours on it. There's no FPS aspects or awesome feeling of juking your enemies' attacks by jumping around.
Although I said all those, it doesn't mean that the game isn't good. It's a quite decent, entertaining game that requires more attention to the game instead of just alt-tabbing after you made a sick setup and let your towers do the work. You have to get your hands in there and use the provided skills to help your towers kill the enemies. Every stage that you clear, you will be given a perk point that you can spend and (thankfully!) reset anytime so you can strategically shape your play style.
TL;DR Not a game that you will invest hundred of hours on but a great side game for when you have nothing better to do.
