I gave The Dungeon Beneath a shot after watching Retromation play a run. It's pretty cool, but it's just not a 15 dollar game. It's a roguelite turn based strategy game, and, though it's self-described as an auto-battler, it doesn't quite feel like one since it's played in rounds and you can move your units between rounds.

I was able to beat the base difficulty on my first non-tutorial run, and after looking through the available characters/items, it didn't seem like there'd be enough viable strategies for higher difficulties to keep me invested for more than a couple more runs. I did a total of 3 runs (in addition to watching Reto) and noticed the dungeon structure was exactly the same between each, as well. I could tell my interest would only last for a couple more runs, so I decided to refund. The foundation is solid, and if there were player mods to consider, I'd probably have kept it around to do a run here or there.
