I've played a lot of fighting games, but this is my first wrestling game, and to be honest, it didn't take me long to get used to the fighting style. In fact, I've liked it more than I expected. I like that each character has two versions and a tremendous number of moves they can perform. Maybe not many people will agree with my opinion, but for me, this is a fantastic game.

I didn't play this for the gameplay. I had a good time. I like how this game has a story mode and unlocking things is pretty straight forward. The sequel has more customization options, more mode types, and it's prettier, but it's so tedious to unlock things, they dropped mud matches, and they dropped story mode. If you want to …

I didn't play this for the gameplay. I had a good time. I like how this game has a story mode and unlocking things is pretty straight forward. The sequel has more customization options, more mode types, and it's prettier, but it's so tedious to unlock things, they dropped mud matches, and they dropped story mode. If you want to judge this game based on its gameplay, any of the WWE licensed games would be better. One thing that the sequel did better is that it let you play as both versions of the characters after unlocking them. I didn't find out that the original only let you play as one version at a time and when I found out, I got a bit upset and decided to download a hacked save that let me do that.
