Underwhelming and repetitive mini Metroidvania

I don’t know, this game was just very bland. The exploration mechanics were dull and repetitive. The writing and art was underwhelming. The level design was super tedious.

I don’t know, this game was just very bland. The exploration mechanics were dull and repetitive. The writing and art was underwhelming. The level design was super tedious.

It did have decent controls, serviceable map layout, and enough collectibles to keep me going until the end. But ultimately, this game is very mediocre and not really worth your time. There’s some game design fundamentals that are just not executed well, and I think some play testing could’ve revealed the player pain points.

It’s not the worst game ever, but there’s so many Metroidvanias I would play before this one.
