I mean horrendous, mostly for the combat. Combat is repetitious, other games in the Souls-like genre even with minimal controls make every enemy feel different. In this game, they're all reskins other than around five enemies called "creatures." The primary reason behind this is parrying and dodging which seem to be nearly non-functional other than for characters with a specific skill. The premise is you dodge towards an enemy just before the impact; a feature similar in many other games. In this game, you just move towards them and stand there as you take a blow.

In addition to this stark problem there's the randomly generated difficulty. Meaning if you happen to get all fighters with dual wield weapons and high speed you win the game instantly, as all other types of warriors are useless as they're too slow to get hits in on most of the enemies. Overall it's a tragic game, the concept behind it is fun but the clunky combat left a sour taste in my mouth.
