Off-World Interceptor is a third-person vehicular car combat game, released only for the 3DO. An alternate version of the game was later released for the Sega Saturn and PlayStation consoles, named Off-World Interceptor Extreme. The two versions of the game have identical core gameplay elements, though the Extreme version is tweaked to feel more like the arcade mode in the original Off-World Interceptor. The game was developed under the title "Orion Off-Road".

Twisted Metal before Twisted Metal

Just curious, who the hell took a look at the game's name and said "perfect, let's release", because this has to be one of the worst video game names I've ever seen.

A game with the 2d design in a 3d world from the early-mid 90s about vehical shooting, moving forward. it's basically the same engine as Total Eclipse Turbo but with better optimization and better controls than the former.

It's surprisingly fun, and had much depth for a game from 1994/1995. although it suffers from poor design that will force you to take a break after every few levels, it still stands out as a decent game from the early days of the PlayStation 1.
