It gets boring pretty fast.

One of the clearest examples of why the "exclusives" of the X360 platform are weaker than the exclusives of other consoles. Yes, it is free, but does that make it better? I don't think so.
Multiplayer is dead, for obvious reasons. Playing three tracks on 4 different cars with the same gameplay is very boring. It takes a maximum of an hour of play to try everything. The only reason it's not a complete failure is because of the alternate gameplay behind the turret, and the system is such that most of the time you'll be shooting in basic sniper mode until your car randomly picks up a level 2 upgrade.
There is no point in playing this game these days, I do not recommend it.
