To be honest: I can't tell if there's actually a difference, but this time around I wasn't having fun.

Late update due to vacation but I beat it the day after and moved on to The Room 3. A great continuation of the first game.

I am a few chapters in now and it's more of the same, fun gameplay as the first. I do enjoy how it has expanded quite a bit and there's multiple puzzles within the room that interact with each other.

The puzzle mystery fun continues

The Room Two is just as good as the initial game in the series with additional mechanics. Instead of being confined to one particular spot in a room, you're obligated to become more exploratory. Again, the game is challenging, but not impossible, especially with the in-game hints (which can be turned off).

The Room Two is on Steam now apparently, as of July 5th. Excited to play it at some stage. The Room was great.

Special unicode characters are the bane of my existence. I keep having to fix my Giantbomb import script because I'm not encoding things correctly. Therefore, the import blows up at night, and new awesome games like this one don't get added to the database in a timely fashion. Sorry about that. Hopefully I've fixed everything (probably not).
