Remember When We All Accepted This Type Of Game As A $60 Release?
So this is a vehicular combat game, a genre popularized by the Twisted Metal series. This is the cel shaded one of those, and features lots of characters and weapons that would maybe appear in some forgotten Hannah Barbara cartoon. Not horrible per-se, but definitely the type of thing that looked really cool in, say, Official Xbox Magazine. Then you buy the thing and crack it open, experience everything the game has to offer in 15 minutes and say “oh”. That exact thing happened a lot back then.
