Todays side quest had me finding a PvE server with advanced medic mods. Spent the evening shadowing a medical team learning how to fit oxygen masks, perform CPR, and administer an ungodly amount of drugs!

(feel obliged to say war sucks, and I'm not pro-military in any way, I'm just a sucker for a silly time in simulation games!)
