I think it's safe to say, after being a fan for years and having played - among the classics - Revolutions, Battlegrounds and now WMD that Worms WMD is clearly the winner and best Worms game there is.

I think it's safe to say, after being a fan for years and having played - among the classics - Revolutions, Battlegrounds and now WMD that Worms WMD is clearly the winner and best Worms game there is.

Revolutions is cool and all, as is Battlegrounds, but Battlegrounds is basically Revolutions with more polish and shine, while WMD is in a whole other league of its own. The addition of the challenges, mission specific or otherwise, is really nice and adds to replayability (which is rarely an issue for me, but for most out there it probably would help) and I especially, above all else, love the art design. It's almost a mixture of 3d & 2d. It plays very modern while looking very classic.

Unlike the visuals for Worms Rumble, which looks like Team17 hired out the CalArts department to design their video game lol
