IS Tetris S the best version you can pick up? No. But does it retain the tight and precise controls and action of Tetris? Also no. But is it still a fun and engaging puzzle game for casual players? Still no.
This game is Tetris with some of the most unresponsive and moronic controls I've ever experienced, the input delay makes it damn near impossible when it gets fast. The whole thing is set against the backdrop of photos of different historic cities in Italy I think? And they're not even good pictures, they're low resolution even for a Sega Saturn game running on a CRT. This game's only redeeming quality is that it has a funny monkey in it, I like him and I would buy a stuffed animal of him and beat him up. Over all, good game, two stars.
