Developed by Google in collaboration with Japanese animation studio Studio 4°C, the game follows a calico cat named Lucky who explores an island with seven regions inspired by Japanese geography and culture. Each region contains a sport mini-game with a champion to defeat, and players collect sacred scrolls by winning each event. The island also contains side quests involving NPCs who need help.

Beat all 7 sports

My thoughts:

You can lose a lot of your day completing its challenges and finding all the hidden objectives. The highlight of this Doodle is its incredible sense of style which brilliantly combines anime cutscenes with pixel art design concepts.

The game is entertaining and has a good length. It is saved by cookies, so you can close the web browser and pick up where you left off.

Representation of the japanese culture on the occasion of the Tokyo 2020 olympic games. Enjoy playing mini-games based on 7 sports and do side missions to get the trophy collection.
