Just finished this game with my husband! It was pretty fun but the whole "do quest for dog by sniffing out item for dog" thing got pretty old quickly. Some of the music slaps in the game too so that was fun. There was also 3 sections in this game that had my husband's name in it (Rune) so that …

Some of the music slaps in the game too so that was fun. There was also 3 sections in this game that had my husband's name in it (Rune) so that gave us a good laugh. My husband and I enjoyed this pretty well. :^) Onward to the next game!

Repetitive, But Still Fun And Interesting Even As An Adult!

Despite being really repetitive gameplay for most of the game, I actually enjoyed this game okay! Despite being really repetitive gameplay for most of the game, I actually enjoyed this game okay! The story was the best part in my opinion, as it's completely insane how much death and disease is mentioned in this dog game for kids. Had a good and wholesome ending, though. Gameplay was a little fun too but got old super fast due to it being reused too much. Graphics are eh but I will give credit to the dogs for looking like their actual dog breeds. Music was eh too but some tracks are actually better than others and maybe even bangers. Controls we're also iffy for me at times but it's hard to tell if it was my aging Wii freaking out or if it was the game itself.

Overall, 7/10. Would've loved this game as a kid and been OBSESSED if I played it back then. As an adult? You can still find enjoyment in it, but be prepared to do things on repeat. A lot. For all of the game pretty much.

Great for children, repetitive for teens/adults - 4/5

I remember receiving this game from my parents whilst we were on a camping trip south of where I live when I was around eight or nine, so ten years ago. I believe I finished it around two or three times back then and I loved everything about it.

Just today I finished my play-through ten years after my I received it. While it may not be a perfect game, design-wise, god did it hit me in the feels seeing the ending and those credits roll.

4/5, seen through heavy nostalgia goggles.
