Beat the game. I started with simple punches, kicks and blocks until I learned a few advanced moves; screw kick, charge, slide and jump uppercut. A few levels in I got stuck at platforming and had to check a walkthrough. There are a large number of advanced moves using fighting game style button inputs. Unfortunately, complex button inputs are a large part of the reason I dislike fighting games, so I only bothered to learn how to do the heal and flight (which was what I needed to progress and I needed it again later). In the 2nd last boss fight I used the ranged paralysis a few times and that would have come in handy quite a few times earlier.

Overall very good game with great art, story (for the genre) and impressively deep gameplay. Very difficult though; the enemies, platforming and especially both at the same time. The game provides the tools necessary to get through the game fueled by a resource but the moves and button inputs required should have been shown in the game.
