Beat the game on normal. I was immediately turned off by the chibi graphics. I found the gameplay to be mostly dull but there were a few times where it was quite difficult. Beat the game on normal. I was immediately turned off by the chibi graphics. I found the gameplay to be mostly dull but there were a few times where it was quite difficult. Some parts were so difficult that I felt I had to sacrifice lives to get past. I did like the power up system where you can choose your weapon and a shield by allowing your energy to charge. Though it was a pain that only the Morning Star could be used to attack vertically or diagonally. At least the game was a little bit novel for a shoot-'em-up.
