Painful Memories sends you back to Classic Max Payne settings. Includes 4 maps that take place in areas of previous games. Roscoe Street Subway, Marty’s Bar, Shoot First and Canal De Panamá. 2 new guns are added: IMG 5.56 and UAR-21. Also adds new avatars, items and Hangover Burst, which causes enemies to respawn with blurred vision, reduced stamina and health.
