Lost my mind when I saw this announcement. We would love the additional features brought about in some of the later release versions of these entries, but let's not get sidetracked. Lost my mind when I saw this announcement. We would love the additional features brought about in some of the later release versions of these entries, but let's not get sidetracked. The main addition we need for this collection is online-multiplayer battle/trading. Just a wild guess, but I believe that is why we have a 2023 release date. Clearly, Capcom has something cooking in the lab, otherwise, a clean port would be fairly simple.

I really hope they include all the add-on content from the Battle Chip Gate style accessories. I'm going to keep on playing the GBA versions since I've already started my way through the series anyways, but it would be nice for preservation purposes.
